Red pepper chicken

Back again, and now with my new wonderful photographer, this time I made a delightful dish, perfect combination of indian and mediterrenan ingredients. Rice is the best complement, just to dip in the sauce.

Red pepper chicken
3-4 people

-1 red peeper cut into small pieces
-2 teaspoon paprika
-1 1/2 cup yogurt (no sugar)
-1 teaspoon rose pepper
-2 skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
-bunch of coriander leaves
-chili powder(optional)
-1 tablespoon minced ginger
-Olive oil

This is the red pepper in case you wonder.

Now, using a blender mix the red pepper, coriander leaves, rose pepper and a bit of yogurt.
Sauté in a pan the ginger over medium heat during 3 minutes, then add the red pepper paste into the pan and keep stirring 2 4 more minutes,

Add the chicken breasts and keep stirring in the paste for 5 more minutes, add salt to taste too, finally add the yogurt and stir until is full combined
