Perfect veggie burger

That's what Taste of america said, I'm happy because this burger was selected as the winner with 9 more submissions in the Perfect burger competition through canalacocina website last month here in Spain. What can I say, I'm really excited, is my first time winning a cooking competition and I got my first medal I placed in the blog's side bar.

The trick of this recipe is to misleading the perception, if you see the picture you probably think is grounded meat, even taste like a meat, better than meat, and is funny the reaction when I say that are lentils.
