Is getting cold here, nothing better than a warm healthy zucchini cream for dinner in 20 minutes. Come on, dont turn the heater on!
For 4 people:
-1 big zucchini
-100 ml of cream
-500 grs of potatoes (2 big potatoes)
-1 lt of water
Slice the zucchini in small pieces, DON'T PEEL IT, now peel the potatoes and cut in cubes.
Add to the casserole with water and boil in 15 minutes aprox.
then check if the potatoe and the zucchini are tender, add the cream and use an inmersion blender to turn it into a smooth puree. You can also use a regular blender. and that's all.
